Due to the fact that our product is handmade the delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and MD Shoes Ltd reserve the rights to amend the delivery times if necessary. MD Shoes Ltd will use responsible courier company for the delivery of the product. We recommend checking the contents of the package in the presence of the courier/delivery or at the place of collection. If the package or its contents have been subject to damage during transportation, it should not be received and a damage report should be drawn up together with the package deliverer. In order to place an order customer needs to select appropriate size according to our size guide option.

Import Duty- We ship to all countries. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. MD Shoes Ltd cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any item if charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
We would recommend that you return your items via registered post.
Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.

Only new shoes in perfect condition with their original box and its full contents can be returned. Please try shoes only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked.
Please note that we cannot refund postage, any customs and import fees.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Before your order leaves our warehouse it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us immediately.
The Online Store offer an exchange. A reimbursement will be done on the card used for the purchase.
Please bear in mind that MD Shoes Ltd will not accept return charges unless the product/s you received are faulty in which case we will reimburse the cost of return to us or if the product will be for exchange.
Any product returned to us that have been either lost or damaged in transit due to unsafe wrapping or lack of shipping insurance will not be eligible for a refund.
MD Petite Shoes doesn't cover postage charges for sale items when exchange is requested by the customer.
