Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the details of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right not to accept your order for payment, shipping restrictions or stock reasons. If your order is not cancelled and once your order has been accepted, you will then receive a confirmation of the dispatch of your goods
All UK customers will be charged £5 per item for the delivery. Customers from other countries then UK will be charged £28 for delivery. We are using DPD, Hermes, UPS and FedEx courier companies to deliver the goods. You will receive a tracking link by e-mail.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the details of your order. Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation of the ordered product dispatch. MD Shoes Ltd shall aim to deliver the product within 1 week of the order confirmation. If we have the product in stock the delivery will not take that long. Due to the fact that our product is handmade the delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and MD Shoes Ltd reserve the rights to amend the delivery times if necessary. MD Shoes Ltd will use responsible courier company for the delivery of the product. We recommend checking the contents of the package in the presence of the courier/delivery or at the place of collection. If the package or its contents have been subject to damage during transportation, it should not be received and a damage report should be drawn up together with the package deliverer. In order to place an order customer needs to select appropriate size according to our size guide option.
